Thermal deaerators are used for degassing the feed water of steam boilers to remove dissolved corrosive gases - oxygen and carbon dioxide.
Principle of operation. Deaeration is carried out by heating the feedwater to the boiling temperature (102-104°C) and filtering through the plates with holes, with vigorous flux of bubbling steam. The gases release into the steam and evaporate through a special tube.
Typically, the content of oxygen in the water is 8 - 10 mg / l. After processing in the thermal deaerator, the oxygen content in the feed water is reduced to 0.02 mg / l or lower.
Thermal deaerators are supplied with an automatic, stop and control valves and insulation.
Productivity of standard modules - up to 30 m3 / h (or higher on request).
